Frances Cheever is an associate with experience in commercial and intellectual property litigation. Before joining Gluck Daniel Atkinson, Frances practiced at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP in Menlo Park, California, where she represented technology clients in trade secret, trademark, patent, and contract disputes. She helped clients obtain favorable results at all stages of litigation, including a complete defense jury verdict in a patent trial. Frances also provided pro bono representation to individuals through Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County's housing rights clinics.
Frances graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 2012, and she received her undergraduate degree from Harvard. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ronald M. Whyte in the Northern District of California in 2015 and 2016.
